vlog #11: political thoughts and theatre

Okay, so I've stopped being nervous about vlogging, but that is now having an adverse effect. This happened with school too - without being concerned enough, I'm a little too laid back and I'm babbling on too long with no point and I haven't properly planned out what I'm going to say.

With this in mind, here's vlog #11:

yay for outletting!
i'm glad you're there long enough to learn about where you are, and where you came from. I'm also really really glad you found things to do that you really dig :) I wish i were there with you to see your adventures. you have inspired me to start vlogging, despite how awkward I am. (I am so shifty-eyed!)

also, we should get naked together in a non-sexual way haha. at least for some skinny dipping. or hot tub dipping. though I guess we have to find a pool/hot tub.

now I sound like some weird perv who wants to sneak into someone's hot tub all naked-like.

Hi bEsther:

I've been taking all kinds of pictures lately of random things I do throughout the day, just in case you actually do want to see them. Anyway, just let me know.

Also, when you talked about the demilitarized zone, it made me a bit sad too. The impact, I'm sure, wasn't as great as it was for you, but it seems as though (to me) North Korea and South Korea didn't learn from the mistakes of East and West Germany. Sad, and a little bit redundant, almost.

Anyway, that's it for me.

Well, on a lighter note, at least your vlogs are still very entertaining AND you have the wherewithall to review them and take out (seemingly) useless segments.

I am also saddened by the North/South conflict... that sounds really creepy about the train station, like a ghost town sort of thing.

Also, good for you for going nakey. There's a nude beach right next to UBC campus called Wreck Beach and although I've gone, I've never gone nakey. So good for you, I'm living vicariously through you.

Can you do me a favour? Go see the Seoul Symphony and tell me how they are? http://kbsso.kbs.co.kr/eng/main.php
